Beef Soup

This is a beef soup and it is one of the most famous food in Tainan. The people who live in Tainan eat beef soup nearly everyday and they always eat it in the morning as a breakfast. The proprietor of a shop will use the raw beef and drip the hot soup on the raw beef and when the raw beef runs into the hot soup, the color of the beef will become pink.
